 SWOT in SWOT analysis stands for strength , weaknesses ,opportunities and threats .Having an overall understanding of this areas is very important as is going to help  to have an organization o identification  related  to project planning.

Physical practicalities /technical abilities 

• strength -To get  more people in my advert as in also get the target audience mostly 
• Weakness -I will need a professional  to help me with the overall planning  advertisement .
• Opportunities - I will be getting new skills and responsibilities from actually planning this for the first time.
• Threats-I will need a place where I can record the advert .      

  

Financial constraints

 

Strength-  My strength   when it comes financial would be the fact that I can  work with them and they can  give me any help when I need it .(Money).

Weakness - They might not give me the budget i need .

Opportunities - I might get lots of people after the advert and that means more money .

Threats - 

Meeting brief 

Strength- My strength when it comes with the meeting brief is that  Cadbury's chocolate can help me to actually achieve my ideas. 

weakness-They might not accept my ideas

opportunities-  I can meet with the company in order to  come up withy different ideas and  .

Threats - I will need to pay more people if new idea comes in .

Legal requirements /restrictions

Strength - I will make sure my advert doesn't cross any illegal issue .As also  make sure i pay everything .

Weakness- I might want to show some things but  I can't , because I don't no complains from the ASA

Opportunities-  People might like the advert as it is suitable for the target audience .

Threats-I will need to check what things i can include or what i shouldn't before taking any steps

 Strength -To get more people involved in the giveaway.

Weakness-   They might not like some of my idea and change it .

Opportunities-  I can get people from the Cadbury's  company to help me with using software 

Threats- i will need to take i4a

n consideration the price within the creativity  I'm coming with .

   

Financial constraints

Strength - In case I need more money or anything the company can help me with it.

Weakness- They might give me a budget that I shouldn't  cross it and that could be a big disadvantage. 

Opportunities-  I can have a large amount of money from them  which is even better as  i can't afford the money .

Threats- i will need people who can act in order to change people  attitude toward the  company . That will mean i will need more money to get popular people in my advert .

strength-  One of the strength could be that i can get more skills from other members in the company in order to put my ideas together.

weakness- With the Virus situation not a lot of people might attend to the meeting .

opportunities- With the ideas that the focus group will come up with I can meet my  target audience .

Threats - I  can ask someone from the group who has acting talent in order to present the radio part .

Legal requirements /restrictions

Strength -this advert won't affect no one as I don't have any harmful content in . I will make sure i reach the ASA requirement .

Weakness- make sure I don't show  anything illegal  during the advert.

Opportunities- The

Threats- i will need to ask permission from parents because the second idea will be having young actresses in the advert.

 Strength -People will listen to the radio while doing different activities  and once they hear the giveaway opportunities  they will tell a friend to tell a friend. 

Weakness-  People  might give up as they know there's less chance to win .

Opportunities- Them getting  a ticket for skydiving  by buying the chocolate. 

Threats- I will need someone who knows how to SkyDrive and can act .This will also involve  budget . 

Financial constraints

Strength - I will need  lots of money to do this advert and I personally think that Cadbury's can help me with it when it comes finically .

Weakness- I will need to take heath  safety in consideration as if someone gets hurt it will be a problem for me.

Opportunities- The possible opportunities is  that people will be interested and buy more chocolate.

Threats- i will need a high  budget for this advert .

strength- More people will want to buy the chocolate as there's a high chance  to win.

weakness-Children will need to ask they parents to join them  on skydiving if they win  the thicket.

opportunities-  I will hold a focus group or survey to ask people their opinion towards the giveaway

Strength - They will need to check my legal issues so my DBS to see if I have the right to work with them.

Weakness-Make sure the giveaway is legal before it goes out.

Opportunities- Cadbury's probably have safe areas that i can film 

Threats- I will need permission of the place I'm filming including the actors.
