Section 10-legal and ethical issues

For this advert, McDonald's uses a different location to present different places

It starts off with a little girl and her dad taking a break from their shopping at a McDonald's restaurant.

To do this McDonald's would have to consider different legal and ethical issues before going ahead with the advert. They would have to ask for permission from the owner of the restaurant. As we can see from this picture they kept on filming on the way out of the restaurant.

And in order for the campaign to carry on with the filming, they will need to ask for a  local perception. Furthermore, the advert slightly moves to a  little girl with her dad on the bus, now during that time they only filming them and, The reason in which  I think so is that they want to respect other people privacy or they just want the audience to focus more on the dad and the daughter. Finally, the was a backing instrument that was being played during the advert, and that is a piano instrument. Now, most of the McDonald's instruments are made by them. As the was no information about this particular backing instrument I can't tell if it was made by them, but if it wasn't made from the campaign then they need copyright permission so they don't face any lawsuit.

APPLE (section 10-legal and Ethical issues)

Apple uses a range of different filming locations starting from a man sitting on the edge of his bed to him leaving the house And moving around the area by introducing different places to the audience.  Before filming McDonald's would have asked for promotion from both the local police and the Highways Department of the local authority before filming some part of the specific road as they advert focus and point suggested daily life outside.  Another tho g McDonald's would have to take in. Considerations was the background song used during the whole advert to emphasis. What music does to you when you listen to it. McDonald's uses While “Bounce” features a constantly moving character, still having a moving camera adds to the drama. For example, in the initial bounce sequence, note how the camera follows the protagonist down the street.
