Responding to the Client Brief
Explanation of demographics :
- After gathering all my information's that was given to me according to my target audience of Cadbury's relaunch, I can finally confirm that the target audience will be based on kids. The reason why in which i say so is because kids seem to be loving the product way more than adult .
- In order to attract this young audience, I would personalise this chocolate packaging by creating something that will capture they attention ,and not only that I would also include little prizes in which the more the young ones buy, the more chance they have in order to win something. This would then help me to keep the target audience in place. In addiction to that i would also show them how this new relaunch is way better than the old one by showing the differences.
- They are serval advantage in which I believe it will benefit my advertising campaign . Those are that more people will be involve as my new relaunch would include prizes . In that way people will try to buy more in order to win this magnificent prizes. Secondly this new relaunch will also include new type of chocolate texture with delicious taste. Lastly the packaging will be personalized for a specific target audience and also cheaper that usual .
- I believe that I might face serval challenges with this new relaunch . The reason why is because it has a specific target audience , in which this could be a bigger challenge for the new relaunch but could also be a successful as it has much and bigger chances than the old one . In addiction, i would also then have to give an explanation in which I believe this new product is much better than the old one.
Conversations
The Advertising convention that i will have to include :
- How do we reach or define the target audience(Packaging text, image)
- How do we persuade the specific target audience.
- Making sure it hasn't been done before.
- The release date for the relaunched product.
- Our creativity with the promotions deal.
- What prizes would capture the specific audience .
- How do we create the brand awareness more by using the logo.
Industry requirements
The right institution for this specific campaign is confectionary .The reason why is because this product is manly consist of sugar .This institution is a subsidiary made in Birmingham.
Advantage :
- Very famous brand.
- Easy to get audience for instance advertising .
- Has many subsidiary.
Disadvantage :
- Is very important that I follow the ASA regulations guidelines to prevent any misleading that will affect people in different ways. So for instance 'rule9' talks about how we shouldn't include anything that has violence when the advert reflect kids.
- I have to double check the prizes, for instance does it meet the EU toys safety?
The institution information must include a specific text :
- The brand logo ,is very important to the viewer's as it brings gives them the awareness of what brand the product is begin marketed on.
- What prizes are include as also brand sells .
- Social media pages must be included as it will also benefit the advertising process.
medium
the medium I am working in is for Cadbury's Chocolate industry
I am working in the medium of television and I am making a television advertisement as I want this product to reach to the mass audience as possible . Is going to be around 40 seconds long advert .
This will also include the relaunch of the product. I will be doing a radio advertisement before the tv advert to kindly give the idea of the product to the old generation who are interested to give they grandkids or kids the product voicing over and announcing the relaunch of the product.
