SECTION 11-

SECTION 11 - MacDonald's and Apple

McDonald's uses ASA advertising rule. As they are specified in ads across UK.  It's very Important  for   them  to follow their rules. When it comes to advertising they have the power and right to take it  down.  Now shifting our focus to the advert, McDonald's purpose of this advert was to emphasis how important this little moments are even if it's for someone  that isn't viewed as much from us. The  full  point of this advert is to bring awareness of their small free  carrot bag.  Now talking about the regulation it's very important that McDonald's actually sell their product or this can lead to deficit in the profits as it can also lead the regulation body take their advert down as their not following the code .

This advert was successful as the ASA didn't get any complains about the advert.  This advert   is manly targeted  and reflect  on kids .'Rule number 5 'emphasis that they shouldn't be any  violence used While  kids are seen  in the advert ,as it could reflect on them. McDonald's seemed to present this advert by educating the little ones at home By reminding them of something they keep on forgetting.

By using the little girl in the advert as an example. Many kids (girls)will follow with it .

This was a lovely way for McDonalds' to rise back up as their last advert had  some any complains from  widows , as it did impact many  kids life by watching it .

 Section -Apple air pods

Apple also seemed to use   ASA regulations.  Now the advertising campaign uses this advert to bring awareness to those people who seem to have long tiring days. During this advert Apple could have  present something that would have impacted peoples life. For  instance, they could have presented something that  can impact people with depression by using   sad  song or presenting something that wouldn't have  motivated people to go and buy it . This would have  increase  chances of people complaining . During the advert apple seemed to present different working class which in this case it makes  it perfect as it didn't   make no one complain  to the ASA.
